翻译《生死桥》摘要The novel presents the readers a tragicomedy which took place in the tumultuous times through describing three actor's totally different destinies. Although the three actors all belonged to Li Yuan, they had totally different destinies which were intertwined with each other simultaneously. However, all had been already doomed. Finally, all of them couldn’t escape from the trap of destiny foreseen by the old court eunuch: one lived a paltry and painful life that he would better die than live; another should be still alive but die eventually; the other was alive and content with nothing less than others. Finally, I would like to provide you with some sayings: life is like a drama and acting in a drama is just like living a life. In that troubled times filled with prosperity, power, money and beautiful women, if not clear-minded, you will get drifted with the common people in that times, clamoring and dinning and at last becoming mediocre and unambitious.
